The next SSMHOA regular Board Meeting will take place on Monday, September 12, 2022 at 7:30 pm. The official meeting location is 125 Privateer Mall however the meeting will be held via Zoom. All registered SSMHOA homeowners are welcome to attend via Zoom. Homeowners can address questions and concerns to the Board during the Homeowners Forum which precedes reports on the regular agenda items and, if they wish, leave after they have spoken.

There will be reports from the Chairs of the Landscape, Security, Block Captain, Street, Emergency Preparedness, HOA Community Liaison, and Government Action Committees.
