Are You Prepared for a Natural Disaster?
Earthquakes, wildfires and flash floods are just a few of the risks we face living in Southern California. It is important we protect ourselves, our families and our communities in the event of an emergency.
Please join my office, the American Red Cross, local fire department and community organizations for a FREE Disaster Preparation Fair. Stop by to view exhibits that will display emergency supplies, emergency equipment and more.
Learn how to create a disaster supply kit, how to develop a family emergency plan and what to do during different types of emergencies to help you prepare for and respond to disasters. Activities for children will be available, including an emergency education scavenger hunt and coloring stations!
